Veteran singer Priyankara Perera has passed away, family members say. He had been ill for some time and was receiving treatment at the Colombo National Hospital when he passed away last night (01).

Priyankara Perera, the son of renowned singer J. A. Milton Perera, is the husband of film and television actress Dilhani Ashokamala.
