Minister of State for Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya says that after a discussion with President's Secretary Saman Ekanayake, steps will be taken to provide the TIN number or the tax registration number of individuals according to the National Identity Card number.
The Minister who further commented stated that the government is focused on implementing a program to provide tin number in groups with the support of the Department of Registration of Persons.
