Dr. Palitha Rajapaksa of the Badulla Teaching Hospital has been summoned to the Public Service Commission for a disciplinary investigation. It is reported that he has come to the Public Service Commission today (08) for questioning based on a statement he made about the current shortage of medicines.
The doctor has said that he came for the purpose today (08) following a summons from the Ministry of Health.
