The relevant instructions have been conveyed to the University Grants Commission by the COPE committee, but the necessary steps have not been taken yet. It is reported that nearly 700 of the lecturers who have gone abroad have not returned and they are residing in countries such as America, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, etc.
